埼玉出身。上智大学でフランス文学を学びファッションに興味を持つ。卒業後渡仏、スタジオ・ベルソー（パリ）にてファッション・デザインを習得し、その4年後に帰国、コム デ ギャルソンに入社する。11年に及ぶ仕事の経験が制作の基礎となる。2011年3月11日、東日本大震災で死をより近くに感じたことが転機となり、普段見ていたもの全てが変化し始める。その美しさを写真に収めることから制作をスタートした。現在、東京藝術大学大学院グローバル・アート・プラクティス専攻とパリ国立高等美術学校にて、主に光と影を使った作品の制作・研究に取り組んでいる。
宮城県出身。多摩美術大学工芸学科を卒業後、自身の持つ生い立ちや震災の経験を着想として実際の街中へ介入するパフォーマンスや映像作品、また街中で拾う事の出来る素材を使う彫刻など幅広く制作している。現在は東京藝術大学グローバルアートプラクティス専攻とドイツのミュンスター美術アカデミーに在学している。
中国・蘇州市出身。シュウは自身の作品を、毎日の生活の中で行なっている練習または実験の断片と捉え、ファウンド・オブジェクトや写真、映像などを制作している。親近感を持ったり既存のルールを再検討することで、彼女は見えないものごとを見つけ出し、それらを愉快な方法で日常の枠から解き放ち、新しい概念的を持ったインスタレーションへと変換している。現在、東京藝術大学大学院グローバル・アート・プラクティス専攻に在籍。
Born in Saitama, Japan, Sakuragi was fascinated by the Fashion after her study of the French literature in Sophia University, Tokyo. In 2000, she went to Paris to learn the fashion design at Studio Berçot. Four years later, she started to work for Comme des Garçons in Tokyo. Her experiences over ten years with Rei Kawakubo made her artistic perspective wider. Her turning point was the great earth quake of East Japan, on 3. 11, 2011. Then, she felt closer to death. After that, ordinaries of life looked more beautiful and precious for her and she started to collect her personal sights as photography. Sakuragi currently studies in Global Art Practice MFA program at Tokyo University of the Arts and École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris to extend her range of expression of light and shadow.
Born in Miyagi, Japan. Shuji Inoue graduated from craft department of Tama Art University. He makes works that act performances and take videos in the city, sculpture be made with material from street etc. He currently studies in Global Art Practice MGA program at Tokyo University of the Art and Münster Art Academy, Germany.
Born in Suzhou, China. Xu thinks of her work as unfinished practice or experiment of fragments in every-day life: found-objects, photographs, video works and other inventions. By making change to the familiarities and rethinking rules, she tries to find out the unseens and release them from daily life in a playful way, rearranging them into new conceptually layered installation. Currently studies at Global Art Practice MFA program at Tokyo University of the Arts.
